In addition to website usage, our Facebook app "resort-sport" processes data when you interact with the Facebook page of Hotel Resort Sport:

This website is hosted by an external service provider (hoster). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the hoster's servers.
You have the right to receive information about the origin, recipient, and purpose of your stored personal data free of charge at any time.
Right to deletion: You can request the correction or deletion of your data at any time.
Instructions for data deletion for Facebook users: In accordance with Meta's policies, we offer you the option to delete your data processed by our app. If you want the app "resort-sport" to stop processing your data, you can manage this directly via your Facebook settings under "Apps and Websites" or send us an email to the address specified in the imprint. We will then immediately remove your data from our systems.
This website uses cookies. Technically necessary cookies are required for the site to work and are set without consent: the session cookie (PHPSESSID) stores your language selection and a security token against form abuse, and is deleted when you close your browser. The cookie_consent cookie stores your decision about this notice for twelve months.
Marketing cookies and the transfer to Meta described in section 7 only take place with your express consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change your decision at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer; the change takes effect for the future.
We do not use analytics or tracking services such as Google Analytics.
If you have consented to marketing cookies, we transmit an event to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland when you submit a booking request or the contact form. The transfer takes place server-side via the Conversions API and serves to measure and optimise our ads on Facebook and Instagram.
The following are transmitted: your email address, phone number, first and last name, and an internal reference number. These details are obscured (hashed) using the SHA-256 procedure before transmission. In addition, your IP address, your browser identifier (user agent), the address visited and details of the transaction (room, amount, currency, number of nights) are transmitted in plain text.
For context: hashing does not prevent Meta from matching the data to an existing account. Meta compares the hash values with the hash values of its own user data. Meta also processes the data in the USA.
The legal basis is solely your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you can withdraw at any time with effect for the future. Without consent, no transfer takes place.
For a booking request we process your first and last name, email address, phone number, travel period, number and age group of guests, and the room selected. We store this information in our database and also send it as a notification to our team. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract).
Via the contact form we process your name, email address, subject and message text in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
We do not pass this data on to third parties, apart from the transfer to Meta described in section 7 if you have consented. We retain booking data for as long as is necessary for processing and to comply with statutory retention periods.
